QuickBooks POS: Inventory Scanner – Clear the Memory

 

Today we are going to talk about on how you can actually clear the entire scanner memory.

Let’s begin:

1. On your Inventory scanner select “Utilities”.
   
2. Select “Delete Data”.
   
3. Delete data screen will appear.
   
   1. All data – if you want to delete all your data on your inventory scanner.
   2. Last one – if you want to delete the last record you just made.
4. Since we want to clear the memory of our Inventory scanner, on your Delete data screen select “All data”.
5. Select “Yes”.
   
6. “Deleted” text will appear on screen.
   
7. You have now successfully cleared the memory of your Inventory scanner.
