QuickBooks POS: Print tags for On-hand Quantities

 

Today we will show you how to print your on-hand quantities of items on to price tags.

Let’s begin:

1. Go to “Item List”.
2. Choose an item you want to print for example, Charm Necklace. Then click “Print Tags”.
   
3. On your copies section switch to “On Hand Quantities”, then click “Print”.
   
   1. It will now print the quantities that you have in stock.
   2. You don’t have to count it one by one and print it one by one, point of sale will do it for you.
