QuickBooks POS: Reports Dashboard

 

Today we are going to talk about reports dashboard.

Let’s begin:

  1. On your “Reports” menu select “Dashboard”.
  2. Dashboard tab will appear.
    1. On the Department Sales Graph you will see here the graph of sales of every departments.
    2. There’s also a line graph that tell us about the sales over time.
    3. Sales Year over Year section show the comparison of sales between last year to this year.
  3. Select “customize dashboard” on your Dashboard menu.

    1. Customize dashboard will appear on the left side of the screen.
    2. You can Add Sales, Employees, Payments, Statistics, Items, and Other on your Dashboard. (for example, you choose to Add Best Employee Sales under Employees)

    3. You can add columns here to organize your dashboard.
  4. On the right side of the screen, you will see “Reset dashboard to defaults”.

    1. This is where you reset your dashboard back to default, back to how it was set up when you originally got your point of sale.
